Questions

What counts as a project?

One home or space for one client: all its floors, rooms, mood boards and revision rounds.

Is the first project really free?

Yes. No card, and nothing runs out. Use it with a real client from the first drawing to the last approval, and keep it.

Project pass or Studio?

If you take on five projects a year or fewer, passes cost less. From six a year, Studio is the better buy, and you never have to think about it again.

What happens when a pass's six months are up?

The project moves to your archive. You and your client can still open it, and you can export it. To keep working on it, extend the pass or move to Studio.

Can I cancel Studio?

Any time. It runs to the end of the period you paid for, and every project stays in your archive. Your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days: see refunds and cancellation.

Does my client pay anything?

No. Your client never pays, signs up or installs anything.

Which currency do I pay in?

Prices are shown for where you are. Studios in India pay in rupees, by UPI or card, and GST is added at checkout. Elsewhere you pay by card, in your own currency where we have a price in it and in US dollars otherwise, and local tax may be added at checkout.

When do the paid plans open?

Soon. Start free today, and we'll email you the day the Project pass and Studio open.
